Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules

Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including bank transfers through FPX and local e-wallets. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to bigwin888's current policies and may change from time to time.
For security and compliance purposes, withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method registered under the same name as the bigwin888 account. bigwin888 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of Malaysia. Bahasa Malaysia is the official language for all communications relating to legal disputes.
